For customers who prefer silver, we offer a limited upgrade service on selected items when conditions allow. It’s a simple option for those who truly enjoy silver tones.
How it works
• +$10 upgrade fee (per pair)
• Available only for items chosen by us
• Limited quantity — when sold out, the window is closed
• Add this upgrade together with the eligible item to your cart
• Purchasing this listing alone does not ship a product
All silver hardware is brass-based with a silver finish (not solid silver/sterling).
Availability & Timing
This service generally opens at the beginning of the month, when possible.
There is no guaranteed schedule, and some months may be skipped.

You will be notified automatically when the upgrade window opens again.
Important conditions
• Silver is only possible when both the upgrade and the base item are in stock
• Out-of-stock items cannot be converted even during an open window
• No holding, storage, or reservation for future windows
• Mixed carts with gold hardware items may be cancelled and refunded
Cancellation conditions
Orders may be cancelled and refunded in the following cases:
• The number of upgrades does not match the number of items being ordered
• Silver upgrade items are not placed as a separate order (mixed carts with gold hardware)
• The cart includes items not eligible for silver hardware
• The base item is out of stock during the upgrade window
• Requests to hold, store, or delay orders for future windows
