Winter Break Notice

Thank you for visiting DASH OF JAPAN.
Our studio is currently closed for winter break through January 1.

During this period, all items on our website are available as pre-orders only.

Customer Support

Customer support and order-related inquiries will resume on January 2.
This includes requests for order changes and cancellations.
Any requests submitted during our break will be reviewed and processed after January 2, once operations restart.

Shipping Schedule

All pre-order shipments will begin on January 5.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to secure items while our studio is closed.
Your order is confirmed immediately, but production and fulfillment begin only after our break.
