Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For returns due to customer preference or ordering mistakes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our contact form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings – For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Custom or personalized products – Including special orders, upgrades, or modified items.

  • Sale items and gift cards – Unfortunately, these cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to place a new order. If your original order is eligible for a return and refund, please follow our return process.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
