Lost Item Replacement

If an accessory originally purchased from our website or Etsy shop is lost, you may repurchase the same item at 50% off the current price.

Because each piece is handcrafted, exact replacements are only available for items that are currently offered in our shop.

If your items are damaged and you would like to request a repair instead, please use the repair request form here.

How it works

1. Submit the the Lost Item Replacement Request Form below.
2. After verifying your purchase history, we will email you a one-time replacement coupon if the item is currently available for sale. 
3. We will also include a direct link to the item so you can easily check whether it is still available and place your replacement order.
