Repairs

We offer repair services as a paid after-purchase service
for customers who have purchased directly from DASH OF JAPAN.

Each request is reviewed individually based on the item, condition,
and availability of materials. Please note that not all items or damage types are eligible.

 

Available Repairs

Depending on the condition of the item, the following may be possible:

- Hardware replacement

- Detached parts

- Minor shape adjustments

Repairs are offered as a paid service.
Final availability and details will be confirmed after review.

 

Earring Hardware Changes

If you would like to change the earring hardware after purchase (for example, for allergy considerations), this may be possible depending on the design.

Please note:

- Hardware changes are offered as a paid service

- Availability depends on the item structure and hardware stock

- Original hardware must be returned before the change can be processed

 

Shipping for Repairs

For repair services, the item must be returned to us for evaluation and processing.
Return shipping to us and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

- Please do not return items without contacting us and receiving approval in advance.
Any items sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.
We are unable to provide repairs, replacements, or refunds for unapproved returns.

- Not all damage can be repaired

- Damage caused by water, excessive force, or improper handling may not be eligible

- Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance
