- Start a chat using the chat button on this page.
- Share your reference photos and ideas.
- We will review your request and let you know whether it can be created.
- If approved, a private listing will be created for your order.

- Custom orders are available through our website only.
- A consultation deposit is required.
- Approval of a consultation does not guarantee that the design can be produced.
- Colors must be selected from our current Mizuhiki collection.
- Some requests may require changes in size, construction, or materials.
- Additional design or material fees may apply.
