Processing Time / Order Flow
Most orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note that this does not include weekends, holidays, or shop breaks.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier once your package has been dispatched.
Shipping / Delivery
We ship via USPS. The delivery speed can be selected at checkout:
-Ground Advantage – Standard delivery | typically ~3–7 business days
(Free for orders of $80+. The most economical option.)
-Priority Mail – Faster delivery | typically ~2–4 business days
(Includes tracking. Good balance of speed and cost.)
-Priority Mail Express – Fastest service | overnight to 2 business days
(Timeframe depends on USPS coverage in your area.)
Orders of $80 or more automatically qualify for free Ground Advantage shipping.
If you prefer Priority or Express, upgraded rates still apply.
Actual delivery time varies based on USPS handling, weather, and regional delays.
Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery speed and transit issues are beyond our control.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Need it by a specific date?
If you need your order by a specific date, please select the shipping class that best fits your deadline.
We cannot shorten our processing time, and we do not accept scheduling inquiries or delivery date requests.
Please choose Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express if timing is critical.
Returns & Lost Items
Returns (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced items are not returnable.
This applies even if the item has not been worn. Please review product details before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us with photos on the day of delivery.
We will review the case and determine the next step. Physical returns may be required for review.
Lost or Missing Items (After Delivery)
Once an order is marked “delivered” by USPS, the package is considered received.
We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with USPS or your local post office.
We are not able to contact USPS on your behalf, investigate mail issues, or file claims for you.
