Your jewelry arrives in a reusable display case with two clear, flexible films that hold it in place. Keep the case for storing your jewelry between wears.

How to Use Your Case

Open the case gently and place your jewelry between the films. Before closing, make sure the jewelry and hardware sit inside the frame, away from the edges.

Close gently. If the case does not close easily, open it and reposition the jewelry—do not force it shut.

Storing Your Jewelry

Store your jewelry only when it is completely dry. Keep the case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

The case is not waterproof and does not protect Mizuhiki jewelry from moisture.

Smoothing Film Wrinkles

The flexible film may develop wrinkles or impressions after use.

Remove all jewelry and open the case. Use a hair dryer on a low, warm setting, keeping it at a distance and moving it gently across the film. Apply heat briefly and check frequently.

Avoid high heat or prolonged heating. Allow the film to cool completely before putting your jewelry back inside.

Caring for the Case

Avoid sharp objects that could puncture the film. If needed, gently wipe the frame with a soft, dry cloth.
