This benefit is offered to guests who wish to continue wearing the same design after one piece has been lost or damaged outside the standard warranty period. You may repurchase the same full pair at 30% off the current price.
As each pair is handcrafted and symmetry is essential, the restoration benefit applies only to a full-pair rebuy of the exact same design and color.

 

Discount: A 30% preferred rate for the remake of the full pair

Eligibility: Applies only to a full-pair rebuy of the same design and color previously purchased

Usage Limit: Once per calendar year (resets on January 1 each year)

Single-Ear Replacement: Not available, as perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed

Availability: Benefit applies only to pieces that can be fully remade with materials currently in stock
