This service applies only to the loss of one earring from a pair
purchased from DASH OF JAPAN.

It does not apply to necklaces, hair accessories, or other items.

 

Single Earring Replacement

If one earring from a pair is lost, we may offer replacement options depending on the design and availability of materials.

Possible options include:
- Sending the remaining earring to us so we can assess a single replacement

- Purchasing a new pair at a preferred replacement rate
